Father Otmar Deutschmann specializes in producing fine spirits such as Muscat Tresterbrand, apple brandy, and Williams pear brandy. The property also provides guest rooms for visitors looking to stay directly among the vineyards. In autumn, a chestnut hut serving fresh Sturm complements the local offerings. The regional winery offers a selection of red and white wines, including Riesling, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc.
