The Dalt Turó winery is a family-run estate focused on integrated production and environmental balance. The vineyards are situated on a hilltop featuring fossilized dunes, stony soils, and iron oxide-rich layers known locally as call vermell. Constant sea breezes, referred to as the embat, continuously aerate the fruit and moderate temperatures to support the final ripening of the grapes.
