The Dalt Turó winery is a family-run estate focused on integrated production and environmental balance. The vineyards are situated on a hilltop featuring fossilized dunes, stony soils, and iron oxide-rich layers known locally as call vermell. Constant sea breezes, referred to as the embat, continuously aerate the fruit and moderate temperatures to support the final ripening of the grapes. The wines reflect the character of these singular conditions and a commitment to varietal respect.
