The Czar Winery estate produces a completely natural wine on volcanic soils without any addition of alcohol, sugar, or yeasts. The composition varies depending on grape maturity and climate conditions, meaning that the necessary standards for production are not met every year. Due to peculiar grape characteristics and the removal of vine leaves days prior to harvest, the wine naturally reaches an alcohol content of 18 percent or more.
