About the estate
The Crama Valahă Coteşti winery was founded in 1992 as a family business by the Furtună family in the traditional wine-growing region of Cotești. The estate covers a total area of 100 hectares, with 81 hectares currently cultivated with vines. In winemaking, the estate combines traditional methods with new approaches to honor local heritage. The portfolio includes the ruby-red Fetească Neagră, which features aromas of blackberries, sour cherries, and dried plums.
