About the estate
The Crama Familia Hetei estate cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards in the Beltiug region and is run as a family business. The vineyards are located on the Hagau and Dealul Nou hills, where grape varieties such as Syrah, Fetească Neagră, Riesling de Rhin, and Chardonnay thrive. The soils consist of a complex composition of sand, gravel, clay, and marl. Harvesting is done exclusively by hand using small crates. The wines are produced in a new winery equipped with modern stainless steel tanks and partially aged in small Romanian and French oak barrels.
