About the estate
The Cooperativa Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno in Sisante in the province of Cuenca was founded in 1954 by local farmers to jointly process and market their grape harvests. The winery manages 1600 hectares of vineyards located in the Ribera del Júcar area and produces wines under the Castilla VT denomination. The cultivated grape varieties include Tempranillo, Bobal, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot, Airén, and Macabeo. The modern facilities are equipped with temperature-controlled fermentation systems, self-emptying tanks, and a small barrel room for wine maturation.
