About the estate
The Viticoltori dei Colli Cimini winery based in Vignanello brings together around 230 small vine growers whose specialized vineyards are predominantly located within the production zones for Vignanello DOC and Colli Cimini IGT wines. As a custodian of the long winemaking tradition of Tuscia Viterbese, the estate looks back on over fifty years of activity. The volcanic soils of the Cimino-Vicano district impart specific qualities of minerality, acidity, and longevity to the wines. In addition to wine production, the facility also houses an olive mill that produces extra virgin olive oil.
