About the estate
The independent Clos Padulis estate was established in 2013 in the small village of Paziols within the sun-drenched and windswept Languedoc-Roussillon region. The winery produces exclusively in-house, focusing on the renowned Fitou, which was the first recognized red wine AOC in Languedoc. Within this exceptional terroir, the signature grape variety carignan expresses itself fully with notes of red fruits and garrigue. Since its founding in 2013, the vineyards and olive groves have been managed under certified organic farming practices.
