About the estate
The Cidre Sehedic estate is a producer and harvester of organic cider established in 1950 in Brittany, specifically in the Pays de Fouesnant region. Today, the cidery is managed by Pamela and Hervé Darondeau, continuing a family history rooted in the local terroir. The orchards are maintained according to organic farming principles and comprise 9000 apple trees across 35 distinct varieties. The production focuses on natural, unpasteurized, 100 percent pure juice ciders with natural carbonation, achieved through slow fermentation in refrigerated closed vats. Rigorous methods are applied from the orchard management to the final bottling.
The estate sells to horeca.
