About the estate
The Chateau Windy Hills estate is located west of Sliven and features 500 hectares of vineyards planted with French vine material. The cultivated grape varieties include Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Muscat of Alexandria. Designed to process 500 tons of grapes, the winery is situated directly in the center of the vineyard plots. Alongside wine production, the complex includes a restaurant, a tasting room, a guest house, and event spaces. The estate provides wine selections and facilities for private dinners, corporate gatherings, and hosted tastings.
