The Château La Tour Carnet is part of the four Grand Cru Classé estates owned by Bernard Magrez, who acquired the property in 2000. Bernard Magrez is the sole owner of a total of 42 vineyards worldwide, including other prestigious estates in Bordeaux. The owner places great emphasis on applying the same meticulous care to all his vineyards as to his Grands Crus. Using the symbol of keys, he guarantees the quality and the optimal utilization of the respective terroir. The estates are open to visitors to provide insights into the wine production and the philosophy of the producer.
