The Château La Coste estate is located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade in Provence and covers 200 hectares of vineyards. The history of the property dates back to Roman times, while modern viticulture relies on organic and biodynamic working methods. Traditional practices such as horse-drawn soil cultivation and grazing are used in the vineyard, and certification by Demeter underlines the ecological approach. In the cellar, vinification is partly carried out using native yeasts to produce distinctive wines in red, rosé, white, and sparkling styles.
