About the estate
The Château de Campuget estate is located in the southernmost part of the Rhône Valley, situated within a triangle between Nîmes, Arles and Avignon. The unique terroir is shaped by the rounded pebble stones of the river, which provide the vines with mineral richness and freshness. Alongside the southern sunshine, the cold and dry Mistral wind plays a major role in defining the local environment and the character of the wines. The core grape varieties grown for blends and single-varietal wines include Syrah, Grenache, Viognier, Roussanne and Marsanne. The winery combines distinct regional cultural influences within a unique southern landscape.
