About the estate
The Château Angludet estate is a historic wine property located in the Bordeaux region within the Margaux appellation in the Médoc on the left bank of the Gironde. The management of the estate is ensured by Benjamin Sichel, who adopts biodynamics to craft fine red wines. Benefiting from the protective effect of the Gironde estuary, the vineyard grows on a terroir consisting of sandy gravel soils. In 1961, Peter and Diana Sichel acquired the property, which is today managed by their descendants and is a member of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux.
