The Charles Palmer Winery estate is a family-run business located in Winchelsea, East Sussex. The journey of the property began in 1998, while the first vines were carefully planted by hand in 2006. Spanning 16 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The operation manages eight individual plantations across a single property featuring south-facing slopes near the coast. A small team of family members and staff runs the estate while preserving its agricultural roots.

Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this is a classic Blanc de Noirs. It has had 3 years on the lees and 5 years in the cellar. This wine has a deep amber colour. It is very well developed and exhibits rich sumptuous flavours of ripe apricots, toasted almonds, with a biscuity character.
