The Champagne Gounel Lassalle estate is managed by Sophie and her partner, who officially took over the family business in 2002. The plots of the estate are located in the Premier Cru villages of Chigny-les-Roses, Ludes, Rilly-la-Montagne, and in Barzy-sur-Marne. Many of these vineyards have been cultivated by the family for generations and carry a long history. Based on this family background and deep roots in the region, the vineyard is continuously maintained.
