About the estate
Located in Mallorca, the Celler Oliver Moragues processes more than seven different grape varieties. Harvesting is done 100 percent by hand by a qualified team that selects the grapes directly in the vineyard. An individual vinification process is defined for each grape variety. During aging, the winery relies on large barrels and tanks with minimal influence on the wine in order to maximize fruit expression.
