About the estate

The Caveau des Perrières - Caves Gautier estate has a history rooted in 1669, spanning seven generations of the Gautier family. The vineyards cover approximately fifteen hectares on clay-limestone and clay-silex soils in the communes of Parçay-Meslay and Rochecorbon within the Loire Valley. Winemaking takes place in troglodytic cellars under stable temperature and pressure conditions, complemented by manual harvest methods. The portfolio features wines from the AOC Touraine and AOC Vouvray denominations, with a particular focus on traditional-method sparkling wines. The wines are distributed both locally and internationally to numerous global markets.
