About the estate

The Cantina La Marchesa estate was founded in 1988 in Lucera in the Apulia region, building upon a family tradition in viticulture spanning several generations. Across 15 hectares of vineyards centered near the main estate, the winery exclusively cultivates native grape varieties to best reflect the local terroir. All vineyard management practices are executed strictly by hand, from manual pruning to cluster thinning to ensure ideal ripening under the regional sun. The winery personally oversees the entire supply chain, from grape cultivation and winemaking to bottling and commercialization of its wines within the Cacc'e Mmitte di Lucera and Daunia denominations.
