About the estate
The history of the Cantina Frasca estate in Contrada Carcicera began in the 1950s when the grandparents united the traditions of farmers and winemakers. Based on sustainable agriculture, the winery focuses on unfiltered wines and cultivates olives, legumes, fruit, and ancient grains alongside its vineyards. In 2017, the project evolved under the name Cantina Frasca- Emozioni Contadine in the Modica area, guided by principles of respect for natural ecosystems. The native grapes, harvested by hand, reflect a deep connection with Sicilian nature.
