The Bodegas Valle del Botijas estate manages a two-hectare vineyard located in Pesquera de Duero within Valladolid. The vineyards are planted entirely with Tempranillo and serve as the basis for the production of red wines. This location benefits from extreme temperature changes that allow for good management of potential water stress, alongside the surrounding pine forests and the valley formed by the Duero River. During vineyard work, the estate consistently avoids the use of chemical products and instead focuses on environmentally friendly and respectful treatment of the plants.
