About the estate
The Bodegas Salvia winery is located along the Way of Saint James and produces Rioja wines from its own vineyards that are over 100 years old. Harvesting is done entirely by hand using small boxes to ensure the grapes arrive at the cellar in optimal condition. The artisanal production process combines traditional methods with careful vineyard management. The portfolio includes classic Rioja wines as well as the premium line LIVIUS, which is made from centenarian vines and aged in new oak barrels.
