About the estate
The Bodegas Lezcano-Lacalle estate was founded in 1991 by the Lezcano-Lacalle family in Trigueros del Valle within the D.O.P. Cigales region. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of over 830 meters on limestone and stony soils in the Pago de Valdeátima area. The grape varieties Tempranillo and Merlot are cultivated under conditions of sustainable viticulture. The wines are aged for extended periods in oak barrels within the underground cellars. The portfolio includes exclusive wines under the brands DIPLODOCUS, DÚ, LEZCANO-LACALLE, and MAUDES.
