About the estate
The Buezo winery was founded in 1999 by Abel Buezo in Arlanza, a region with a winemaking tradition dating back to the tenth century. The estate focuses on producing long-aging wines from its own vineyards on the Valdeazadón estate in Mahamud. The climate is extreme and the soils are diverse, allowing the grapes to mature slowly. The working method focuses on patience and extended aging periods to produce elegant and balanced wines.
