About the estate

The Bodegas Alto Landon estate is located in Landete in the province of Cuenca at an altitude of 1100 metres and spans 200 hectares of vineyards. The cool climatic conditions at this high altitude, combined with poor sandy loam and stony soils, allow the grapes to mature slowly and evenly. All plots are cultivated according to organic and vegan guidelines, using only natural fertilizers to stimulate soil fertility. The grape variety portfolio includes red varieties such as Malbec, Syrah, Garnacha, Merlot, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, alongside white varieties like Chardonnay and Moscatel Petit-Grain. The winery's objective is to produce distinctive wines that reflect the freshness and minerality of their origin.
