The Bodega Pago de Cirsus estate is situated in Navarre at the highest point of Finca Bolandín, encompassing one hundred and thirty hectares of vineyards. Located in an extreme continental climate between the Ebro River and Moncayo, the property cultivates seven carefully selected grape varieties such as Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery, partially built underground, utilizes French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks alongside sustainable agricultural practices including drip irrigation. Low yields per hectare ensure a high concentration of fruit and robust structure in the wines.
