The Bodega Eufrosina Pérez Rodriguez estate is located in the northwest of La Palma within the Garafía region and operates under the Denominación de Orígen La Palma. Established in 1998, the family-run winery currently cultivates three and a half hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 1200 meters. The terraced vineyards thrive with grape varieties including Listán blanco, Albillo, Negramoll, Prieto, Tintilla, Castellana, Vijariego, and Almuñeco. Farming practices focus on natural methods without the use of any pesticides. Harvesting is carried out manually, complemented by a proportion of controlled external production.
