About the estate
The Bodega Bordoy estate in Mallorca operates under a philosophy of minimal intervention to authentically express the character of its origin. Harvesting is done by hand with a careful selection of grapes, followed by gentle processing in the cellar. For aging the wines, the winery utilizes an old marés stone quarry converted into a cave, which provides consistently stable conditions. In addition to winemaking, the company also cultivates olives of the Empeltre variety.
