About the estate
The Bioland Weingut Yvonne Sommer estate is a family-run winery located in the south of the Palatinate region, tracing its history back three generations to its restructuring in 1980. Vineyards surrounding the village of Mörzheim have been farmed organically since 2009 out of a deep respect for nature. In the cellar, wines are produced sustainably according to strict Bioland guidelines, featuring fresh, youthful styles as well as wines aged in wood and stone barrels. Organic viticulture, biodiversity, and sustainability form the core of daily operations at the estate. Additionally, the winery received a notable distinction in 2026 when one of its wines was voted the best wine at a regional fair.
