About the estate

The Biddenden Vineyards Limited estate is Kent’s original vineyard and has been owned and managed by the Barnes family since 1969. Today the vineyard is run by the second and third generations, spanning 23 acres of gentle south-facing slopes in a sheltered valley. Twelve different grape varieties are grown on the property to produce white, rosé, red, and sparkling English wines. Products are distributed through independent farm shops, hospitality businesses, and delivery networks across the region and nationwide.
