The Bergerie du Capucin estate is located in the heart of the Pic Saint Loup appellation in Languedoc, across the communes of Lauret and Valflaunès. The winery farms fifteen hectares of vineyards planted with Chardonnay, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Viognier. The soils consist of clay-limestone formations on marly subsoils, shaped by a climate influenced by the Cévennes and the Mediterranean Sea. Average production reaches 600 hectoliters across three colors, resulting in around 80,000 bottles commercialized annually. Distribution channels include wine shops, restaurants, direct sales at the estate cellar, and export.
