About the estate
The Azienda vitivinicola Edoardo Patrone estate is a young enterprise founded in 2016 in Domodossola in Northern Italy. After working abroad, the founder returned to the Val d’Ossola region to recover abandoned vineyards and continue the local winemaking tradition. Today, the winery cultivates approximately 5 hectares of vineyards situated at altitudes between 450 and 650 meters. Many of the old vines are between 30 and 100 years old, with some remaining ungrafted. The production includes red and rosé wines as well as a sparkling wine, focusing primarily on Merlot and Prünent grapes.
