About the estate

The 3 Mäderlhaus Schrammel estate cultivates eleven hectares of vineyards in the area around Gols. The vineyards are planted with approximately 45 percent red wine varieties and 55 percent white wine varieties, with Zweigelt serving as the main grape variety. In addition to red wines, some of which are aged in barrique, the winery produces dry white wines as well as sweet late harvest wines. The wines derive their distinct character from the terroir and the minerality of the clay soils. The family shares its passion for winemaking with its three daughters.

The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Zweigelt and St. Laurent. The estate sells to retail.
