L'azienda Chateau Simian nella valle del Rodano si estende su 36 ettari di vigneti ed è gestita oggi dalla quinta generazione della famiglia Serguier. Oggi la proprietà coltiva i propri vigneti in regime biodinamico e ha ottenuto la certificazione Demeter nel 2011.
