Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Stefanshof à Mönchhof s'appuie sur une histoire qui a débuté en 1890, lorsque l'arrière-arrière-grand-père a jeté les bases de l'entreprise familiale. Les racines du domaine se trouvent sur le site d'un ancien haras impérial. Sur une superficie de vignes d'environ 100 hectares, le domaine cultive divers cépages pour produire des vins rouges et blancs. Aujourd'hui, le domaine viticole est dirigé dans le cadre de la succession des générations par Stefan Haller V., qui associe méthodes traditionnelles et technologie de cave moderne.
