Das in Alresford in Hampshire gelegene Unternehmen Hattingley Valley Wines wurde im Jahr 2008 von Simon Robinson gegründet. Eine umweltfreundliche Kellerei wurde im Jahr 2010 fertiggestellt, gefolgt von der Veröffentlichung des ersten Jahrgangs im Jahr 2013. Als Head Winemaker leitet Robert MacCulloch MW das Team und verantwortet die Kreation der stillen und Schaumweine. Das Sortiment richtet sich an den nationalen Fachhandel sowie den Export in zahlreiche Länder weltweit. Bekannt ist das Weingut vor allem für seine englischen Schaumweine.
