Über den Betrieb
Die Fattoria le Fonti befindet sich in Poggibonsi in der Toskana und geht auf die Familie Imberti zurück, die das Anwesen vor über 50 Jahren erwarb. Heute wird der Betrieb von den Nachkommen in familiärer Hand geführt. Auf einer Gesamtfläche von über 140 Hektar entfallen 27 Hektar auf Rebflächen, die nach den Prinzipien des ökologischen Landbaus bewirtschaftet werden. Neben dem Hauptdarsteller Sangiovese werden auch Rebsorten wie Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Foglia Tonda, Trebbiano und Malvasia Bianca kultiviert. Das Portfolio umfasst traditionelle Weine der Denominationen Chianti Classico DOCG und Toscana IGT.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 10 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Sangiovese und Trebbiano. Der Betrieb beliefert Gastronomie.
