Über den Betrieb
Das in der Region Crouch Valley gelegene Weingut Crouch Ridge Vineyard bewirtschaftet Rebflächen mit klassischen Rebsorten für kühle Klimazonen. Die Weinberge sind mit Chardonnay, Pinot Noir und Pinot Gris bepflanzt, die an die lokalen Boden- und Klimabedingungen angepasst sind. Der Betrieb erzeugt aus diesen Trauben sowohl Premium-Schaumweine als auch stillgebotene Weine. Zudem verfügt das Anwesen über eine eigene Vinothek mit Terrasse sowie Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten.
